ACCESSIBILITY
Regardless of impairment, sight, hearing, allergies or wheelchair, we have made sure that you enjoy your stay.
Forces Manor is keen to show we welcome all guests and do our upmost to help those who disabled in what ever form. Forces Manor is based in an old building that is 1390 years old. So its not easy adapting the upper floors. We don’t have a lift and access to some bedrooms is only possible via stairs that go up tow floors. However, we have converted some rooms on the ground floor to be accessible for a wheel chair as well as build four new ground floor bedrooms that are on one level and stair free.
Access to the new Veterans lounge and Military library is via a walk way and ramp to a wide door. Between the Veterans lounge and Military library there is also a disabled toilet and all three are on the same level.
Service / guide dogs allowed in all all areas of Forces Manor.
