Rooms
-Standard linen and towels are provided unless otherwise stated.
-Please note for hygiene and health reasons, we do not provide shampoos and soaps in
bedrooms, so please bring your own.
-Recycling - We do not leave bins in rooms, as we ask you to take your rubbish away
and recycle it.
-Self-service rooms do not have bedding or towels. Bring your won sleeping bag or
linen. Bedding packs available to hire at £5 per bed.
Check-in/Check-out are flexible.
Forces Manor operates a self-check-in/check-out. No one works in reception. Daily details are posted at the front door or by calling ahead. Your bedroom key is are in the door of your bedroom. When you leave please, leave the key in the door lock.
Late Night Arrival
Please notify us of late arrival. A key safe is by the front entrance for after-11 p.m. arrivals. We will give you a 4-digit number if you arrive late. On a leash, the key will reach the lock; let yourself in and return it to the key safe. Your room key is on the door once inside.
Dining Room
The dining room is equiped with large dining tables for shared use.
Veterans Lounge
The veterans lounge is or shared use. It is equipped with a small self supply and honesty bar and 75" TV
Guest Kitchen
We purposely don’t provided tea and coffee in the rooms, we want guests and visitors to meet and share together so instead we have a guest kitchens with full facilities, please fill free to bring your own milk and other items. Please also clean up after you use any part of the kitchen, which has cookers, microwaves, ovens and fridges.
The kitchen is closed after 10pm.
Room Service:
Room service is restricted to room cleaning on request.
Child Policy
At least one adult must accompany children under 16 in all rooms. Infant Bed/Baby Cots available
Study/Conference Room
The study/conference room has a 50” flat screen TV with web connectivity and can be used to host meetings, conferences, training programmes and seminars.
Military Library
Stocked with a range of Navy, army and airforce books which have all been donated.
Pets
Well behaved Dogs are allowed in rooms free of charge. We also plan to install in the garden two have day kennels where you can leave your dog while you visit an attraction in the area that may not be dog friendly such as the nearby Highland Wildlife Park. Cost is just £5 per day.
Parking
Free parking is located along side the building. Two parking spaces available for Mini Buses.There is a disabled parking and an electric charging point.
Smoking
Forces Manor is no smoking throughout. If you do smoke in the premises and set the fire off we reserve the right to charge a fee of £75 to your card for having to undertake a deep clean of your room.
Damage
If a guest, or visitor causes any damage to any part of Forces Manor, the building, furniture or fittings then we reserve the right to to charge up to £500 for any damage.
Termination Policy
Forces Manor reserves the right, to terminate without notice an individual’s stay where deemed necessary.
